SOLUTION

Track Load Carriers

UHF RFID transponders can be attached to laundry containers to uniquely identify load carriers within the laundry. This allows tracking which containers are in specific areas, which batches are being moved, and how internal material flow is progressing. Especially with large circulating volumes, this provides a better overview of available and occupied transport units.

This makes laundry movements at the container level more transparent and internal processes more manageable.

SOLUTION

Capture Laundry in Bulk

UHF RFID Laundry Tags or textile RFID inlays are sewn directly into garments. This allows each textile to be uniquely assigned to a customer, order, or process step. The tags are designed for recurring washing, drying, and sorting processes and enable automatic identification of individual laundry items during operation.

This ensures traceability of which textile belongs to which customer and where it is located in the laundry process.

SOLUTION

Manage containers and circulating stock

  • RFID tags uniquely identify laundry carts, transport boxes, roll containers, or custom containers.
  • Mobile readers support location checks, inventories, and the quick assignment of containers to customers, routes, or areas.
  • Movements between the laundry, customer, warehouse, and transport can be digitally tracked.

This makes the management of circulating stock more transparent, while missing containers are detected faster and logistics processes can be better planned.
